Jessica joined the Heidrick & Company’s team in October of 2020 when her former employer, Insurance Advisors, was acquired by the company.  At Insurance Advisors, Jessica was the client service representative and office manager for 5 years.  She held a 4-40 customer service representative license.

Prior to joining the insurance industry in 2008, Jessica worked in the legal field to attorneys and a title company.

As a seasoned member of the client service team, Jessica assists clients in many ways, including coverage reviews, policy changes, new business inquiries and more.

Jessica was born and raised in Lee County, Fla.  After graduating high school, she attended Jacksonville University. In 2022 she moved to Kentucky to marry her bestfriend of many years.

In addition to being a proud mother of her daughter Jada, bonus son Malachi and wife to Brett, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoys new adventures, and is a HUGE sports fan (Football-Go Gators/Go BUCS and Baseball-Go Rays).  Although, a new Kentucky resident, it is safe to say you won’t be hearing her say Go Cats anytime soon.
