Kim joined Heidrick & Co. Insurance in the fall of 2014 as a clerical processor, but her detail-oriented and customer service skills were quickly identified, and she was promoted to client service specialist the following her and then client service manager in 2019. The management team also relies on Kim to assist with operations organization and training of new employees.
Daily, Kim provides a high-level of service to dozens of agency clients. Because she is an outstanding problem-solver, clients and co-workers rely on Kim to resolve complicated insurance matters.
Prior to joining the agency, Kim was a remote billing manager for Reagan Marketing + Design, a company for which Kim was an on-site employee for four years prior to moving to Sanibel. Her prior experience also includes project coordination, finance and office management.
A Michigan native, Kim obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Western Michigan University. She completed the professional designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) through the National Alliance for Insurance Education in March of 2020.
After nearly five years living on Sanibel, Kim’s family moved to Apollo Beach in 2018 and just recently moved to Tampa. She lives with her husband, Jason, and son, Josh, an eighth grader at Coleman Middle School. She also has a step-daughter, Jada, who lives in Maui with her husband Kurt. Kim enjoys going to her son’s baseball games, organizing nearly anything and spending time with family and friends.
